What You'll Do:
- Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure all work meets industry standards and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to residential and light commercial clients.
- Work collaboratively with our plumbing and heating team to deliver top-quality service.
What We're Looking For:
- Preferred 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience.
- Sheet metal license required
- Massachusetts HVAC licenses and certifications.
- Strong knowledge of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- A reliable, customer-focused, and detail-oriented approach.
