This is a TEMPORARY position for approximately 3 months.

Benefits of the Clerical / Admin Associate - Temporary Position:

• Pay: $24.00/hour. (The Clerical / Administrative Associate position has a pay scale that consists of the following elements and ranges. Wages include base hourly compensation range of 20 to 25.)
• Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, with a 30 minute lunch.
  
  

Example Responsibilities Of The Clerical / Administrative Associate

• Experience in the following areas is a plus but NOT REQUIRED:
• Computerized check writing
• Time Card handling
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting to Manager & Corporate
• Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Audit Compliance of Clerical Paperwork
• Answering customer phone calls
• Greeting customers in store
  
  

Requirements For The Clerical / Admin Associate Position

• Computer/Typing Abilities
• Polished telephone and email abilities
• Customer Service
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
• Hard Working
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and shift gears quickly
• Complete tasks with efficiency and accuracy
• Confident self-starter who works well independently
• Takes initiative and able to receive feedback while working as part of a team
