Key Responsibilities
As the Income Tax Manager, you'll play a crucial role in a variety of key areas. You will:
- Lead the preparation of consolidated federal income tax returns and state income tax returns, extensions, and estimated payments.
- Conduct and document tax research, analysis, and recommendations on various state and federal issues.
- Manage the quarterly and year-end ASC 740 financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Mentor and review the work of staff, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
- Lead federal and state tax audits, serving as the primary contact with auditors and developing strong audit defenses.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management and other departments, offering expert guidance on tax matters and recommending improvements to internal controls.

Compensation and Benefits
