What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and manage compensation programs for hourly and salaried employees across multiple states
- Evaluate salary structures, pay ranges and incentive plans to ensure market competitiveness
- Conduct market pricing, compensation benchmarking and pay equity analyses
- Partner with leadership on compensation recommendations for promotions, new positions and organizational changes
- Administer bonus, incentive and variable pay programs
- Oversee health, welfare and retirement benefit programs
- Manage relationships with insurance carriers, brokers, consultants and third-party administrators
- Coordinate annual open enrollment and employee benefit communications
- Monitor benefit utilization and recommend program enhancements that improve value and employee experience
- Partner with payroll to ensure accurate processing of compensation and benefit changes
- Oversee leave administration, including FMLA, ADA, disability and state leave programs
- Support mergers and acquisitions by evaluating and integrating compensation and benefit programs
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, ACA, ERISA, HIPAA and applicable federal, state and local employment laws
- Analyze workforce data and prepare reports that support strategic business decisions
- Serve as the organization's subject matter expert for compensation, benefits and total rewards
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
- Five or more years of experience in compensation, benefits or total rewards
- Experience developing compensation structures and salary ranges
- Strong understanding of multi-state employment laws and compliance
- Experience managing employee benefit programs and vendor relationships
- Knowledge of compensation benchmarking and market analysis
- Strong analytical, financial modeling and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience supporting acquisitions or organizational integrations is a plus
- Experience with self-funded health plans is preferred

Salary : $75,000 - $105,000
