Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
- Track patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and prevention strategies
- Provide exceptional patient-centered care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal outcomes

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy program; active ID license (or eligible)
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Passion for patient care and continuous learning
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
