Overview:
Due to growth, FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is now hiring Physical Therapists at both of its Westminster, CO clinics, located at 11265 Decatur Street (#300) and 14697 Delaware Street (Suite 240B). Full-time is preferred, 40 hours per week are available. Candidates with 24 hours and 3 weekdays of availability will also be considered.
The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills.
New grad Physical Therapists will be supported and mentored.
Caseload / Patient Population:
The Physical Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients of all ages for a general orthopedic caseload with manual therapy. Specialty areas include pelvic health, vestibular, and integrative dry needling.
The ability to develop a specialty or attain certification is encouraged and supported.
Full-time Physical Therapists manage a manageable caseload of 12 to 14 patients per day, focusing entirely on 1:1 direct patient care. Initial evaluations are scheduled for one full hour. Follow-up treatment sessions include 30 minutes of direct one-on-one time with the therapist, after which a PT technician steps in to help the patient finish out their program. Additionally, clinicians have access to an advanced AI platform designed to simplify and accelerate documentation.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this full-time position is in the range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.

Work Schedule:
The clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Fridays from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Clinicians can look forward to a balanced full-time schedule featuring two morning shifts (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) and two afternoon shifts (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM) from Monday to Thursday. On Fridays, clinicians work a standard 8-hour shift during regular business hours. There are no weekend shifts or major holiday commitments required.

Job Requirements:
Eligible for CO state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Prior outpatient ortho experience is preferred.
New grad PTs will be supported and mentored.
