Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist based in Fishers. The individual in this role will handle daily client interactions, address inquiries, and provide exceptional customer support. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining positive customer experiences, managing phone and in-person communication, and supporting various operational tasks to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for all patients and visitors.

- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and professional communication
- Ability to create exceptional Customer Experiences and address concerns empathetically
- Facilitate doctor referrals, insurance authorizations
