We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will provide high-quality speech and language therapy services, primarily supporting patients with neurological conditions, pediatric developmental needs, and post-injury rehabilitation. You'll collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other specialists to create holistic treatment plans that align with Fyzical’s commitment to innovative, results-driven care. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders for pediatric and adult patients.

· Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient goals, incorporating Fyzical's proprietary balance and neurological rehab techniques where applicable.

· Provide direct therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based interventions such as augmentative communication, articulation exercises, and dysphagia management.

· Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to integrate speech therapy into broader rehabilitation programs, ensuring seamless patient care.

· Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home exercise programs and communication strategies to support long-term progress.

· Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and billing in compliance with state and federal regulations.

· Participate in community outreach, staff training, and ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology.

· Contribute to clinic goals by supporting marketing efforts and fostering a welcoming, patient-focused atmosphere.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Leads by example and exhibits solid teamwork while promoting the core philosophy of FYZICAL.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

· Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

· Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (required; must be eligible for licensure in [Texas]).

· Minimum of 0-2 years of clinical experience preferred, with a focus on neurological rehabilitation, pediatrics, or outpatient settings.

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

· Proficiency in electronic documentation systems and familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid billing guidelines.

· Passion for innovative therapy approaches and a commitment to patient-centered care.

EXPECTED WORK HOURS

  • PRN / As Needed
  • Flexible scheduling based on patient appointments.
  • Daytime and occasional evening availability preferred.
  • No minimum hours guaranteed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38.00 - $50.00 per hour
