FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Venice, Florida is actively expanding and seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who enjoys hands-on treatment, teamwork, and helping patients restore confidence in their movement.

This is not a high-volume therapy mill. Our approach is centered on focused care, strong collaboration with Physical Therapists, and delivering measurable patient outcomes.

What You Can Expect in This Role

Patient Schedule & Clinical Focus
• Approximately 12 patient visits per day
• Dedicated time for individualized treatment planning
• Ongoing collaboration with experienced Physical Therapists

Clinic Technology & Support
• AI-assisted documentation to reduce after-hours work
• Advanced equipment for vestibular and balance rehabilitation
• Streamlined clinic systems to support efficient workflows

Compensation Structure

Base Pay: $26 – $33 per hour (depending on experience)

Monthly Profit-Sharing Bonus:
Eligible to earn up to $1,000 per month based on clinic performance and established metrics

Estimated Annual Earnings with Consistent Bonus Achievement:
$66,080 – $80,640 annually ($31.75 – $38.75 hourly equivalent), based on full-time hours and consistent bonus performance

Additional Incentives:
• Sign-on bonus available for full-time hires

Key Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation programs
• Provide manual therapy techniques as directed
• Educate patients on home exercise programs
• Monitor patient progress and document outcomes
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused clinic environment

Qualifications

• Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or eligibility
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
• New graduates welcome to apply
