FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Sarasota is continuing to grow and is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who values hands-on treatment, teamwork, and helping patients regain confidence in movement.
This is not a high-volume therapy mill. Our clinic model supports focused treatment sessions, strong collaboration with Physical Therapists, and measurable patient outcomes.

Pay & Bonus Structure
Base Pay: $26 – $33 per hour (based on experience)
Monthly Profit-Sharing Bonus:
Earn up to $1,000 per month based on clinic performance and bonus metrics
Estimated Annual Earnings with Consistent Bonus Achievement:
Approximately $66,080 – $80,640 annually ($31.75 – $38.75 hourly equivalent), based on full-time hours and consistent bonus achievement
Additional Incentives:
• Sign-on bonus available for full-time hires

Responsibilities
• Implement treatment programs developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation programs
• Provide manual therapy techniques as directed
• Educate patients on home exercise programs
• Monitor patient progress and document outcomes
• Maintain a collaborative, team-oriented clinic environment
Qualifications
• Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or eligibility
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
