FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is looking for a Medical Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in a full-time float position supporting our Briargate–Colorado Springs and Peyton clinics.

What You'll Do

As a Medical Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator, you'll be the welcoming face of our clinics and an important part of keeping daily operations running efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greet patients and provide a warm, professional, and positive experience

• Manage patient check-in, check-out, and appointment scheduling

• Coordinate and optimize provider schedules to support efficient clinic operations

• Verify insurance coverage, benefits, and patient eligibility

• Accurately collect copays, patient balances, and other payments

• Maintain accurate patient information and documentation within our EMR system

• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and clinical team members

• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming front office

• Float between our Briargate–Colorado Springs and Peyton locations as needed

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Ideal qualifications include:

• Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, Patient Service Representative, or similar healthcare position

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy medical office

• Experience with EMR/EHR systems and appointment scheduling software

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Professional, friendly, and dependable approach to patient care

• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and adapt to different clinic environments

• Previous medical insurance verification and benefits experience preferred
