FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Clinical Director to lead our outpatient clinic in West Ft. Myers.
This leadership role is ideal for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about clinical excellence, team development, patient outcomes, and operational leadership. The Clinical Director maintains an active patient caseload while overseeing clinic operations, mentoring staff, and driving overall clinic success.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical operations and patient care services
- Maintain an active patient caseload
- Supervise, mentor, and support clinical and administrative staff
- Drive clinic productivity, efficiency, and patient satisfaction
- Conduct staff training, evaluations, and team meetings
- Support scheduling, payroll approvals, and clinic operations
- Address patient concerns and maintain high clinical standards
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Leadership or management experience preferred, not required
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
Schedule
