What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead day-to-day clinical and operational performance of the clinic
• Evaluate and treat patients while maintaining high-quality care standards
• Develop and mentor clinical staff as the team grows
• Drive clinic growth through patient experience, referrals, and community engagement
• Establish and refine clinic workflows, systems, and culture
• Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with ownership on strategic planning and performance goals
  
  
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Utah (or eligible)
• Prior outpatient experience required; leadership experience preferred
• Strong interest in clinic leadership, growth, and team development
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to take ownership of outcomes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Passion for building a positive, high-performing culture
• Experience or interest in vestibular, balance, or pelvic health is a plus
