Project Manager / Senior Associate – Transformation
Location: Boston (Hybrid)
We are hiring a senior-level Project Manager to lead complex transformation initiatives within a global financial services / asset management environment. This role focuses on delivering change across people, process, data, and technology.
This is not a PMO or coordination-only role. The successful candidate will own delivery end-to-end and work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders.
Priority profile (must-haves)
- Experience in financial services or asset / investment management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced project and program management experience
- Experience with management reporting and process improvement
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional delivery in fast-paced environments
