In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between the global program team and the North America business—aligning stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and ensuring successful local execution of the program’s project plan. This position requires a strong mix of project leadership, change management, and deep understanding of finance-related business processes within the life sciences sector.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the central communication link between global program teams, local key users, and leadership groups.Lead, monitor, and manage the local change action plan, identifying risks and defining mitigation activities.Oversee cross-functional coordination across finance and operational process areas (O2C, R2R, FP&A, S2P, F2P).Ensure local business needs are represented while maintaining alignment with global project guidance.Provide regular updates to local leadership, track actions, and support decision-making.Maintain high standards of communication, stakeholder engagement, and project governance.Support process variance assessments and remediation efforts at the site level.Qualifications5–10 years of experience within multinational life science organizations.Strong background in finance, controlling, or consolidation.Solid understanding of US-based business processes.Significant project management experience—preferably within large-scale transformation programs.Prior involvement in ERP/SAP implementations is highly desirable.Experience in O2C, Finance, S2P, or F2P is a plus.If you're an experienced project leader who excels at navigating complex global programs and driving change at the local level, we’d love to speak with you.
