Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior UI Developer (React) with 10 years of overall software development experience and deep expertise in building modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with React.js, modern JavaScript, front-end architecture, performance optimization, and mentoring development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js.
- Build reusable, maintainable, and responsive UI components.
- Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, cross-browser compatible interfaces.
- Develop complex single-page applications (SPAs) using modern React practices.
- Optimize application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, Backend Developers, and QA teams.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best coding practices.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement scalable solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Required Skills
- 10 years of software development experience.
- 7 years of hands-on experience with React.js.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6 ), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with Redux, Redux Toolkit, or Context API.
- Strong knowledge of React Hooks, Functional Components, and Component Lifecycle.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and API integration.
- Proficiency with responsive design using Bootstrap, Material UI, Tailwind CSS, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with state management libraries.
- Knowledge of Webpack, Vite, Babel, and modern build tools.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
- Strong understanding of browser compatibility, performance optimization, and debugging techniques.
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
