Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer with 10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining highly scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, cloud technologies, and distributed systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop scalable Microservices architecture for high-availability applications.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, architects, DevOps, QA, and product teams.
- Participate in system architecture, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
- Implement security best practices including OAuth2, JWT, SSL, and authentication mechanisms.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership.
Required Skills
- 10 years of experience in Java Backend Development.
- Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17.
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security.
- Strong experience in Microservices Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and API design.
- Experience with Hibernate/JPA.
- Strong knowledge of SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred).
- Experience with Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Strong knowledge of Git version control.
- Experience with Maven or Gradle.
- Familiarity with Redis or other caching technologies.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
