Position Summary:
Outstanding opportunity to join area’s leading truck dealership. Primary responsibilities include:
- Service customers’ needs relating to repairs of commercial trucks.
- Experience with computer diagnostics tools
- Ability to prioritize multiple demands of a dealership service dept.
- Maintain customer relationships.
- Work in a team-oriented environment.
- Use a wide variety of repair technical manuals/computer programs to access information relative to the assigned duties and apply this information to the service and preventative maintenance functions.
- Maintain professional appearance representing our company.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years’ service / fleet maintenance experience previous truck service skills are preferred but not required.
- Able to manage tech’s in the service department
- Provide customer service and long-term relationship building.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commercial driver’s license or willingness to obtain a CDL in 6 months
