Inside Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Manage the sales process from qualified lead through closing
- Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system
- Follow up on opportunities in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- 2 years of sales, account management, business development, or customer-facing experience
