Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead IT and cybersecurity projects, serving as the primary liaison between technical teams and client leadership. The ideal candidate will manage project planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and successful delivery of project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Gather business requirements and develop project plans.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Coordinate cross-functional technical teams and stakeholders.
- Develop project documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Utilize project management tools to track project performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- 10 years of Project Management experience.
- PMP Certification required.
- Strong understanding of IT and Cybersecurity.
- Experience managing multiple IT projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, etc.).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to develop project documentation and evaluate project deliverables.
