We are seeking a full-time Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work 40 hours per week. This role requires flexibility, as the Lead DSP must be willing and able to respond to unplanned or emergency situations, which may include evenings, weekends, and overtime.
The Lead DSP provides direct care to individuals served, supporting daily living and basic life skills, including assistance with personal care and hygiene. In addition, this position plays a key leadership role by training and supporting Residential Services staff, ensuring the highest quality of care and service delivery.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour.
Qualifications:Skills required include:
- strong verbal and written communication
- conflict resolution
- problem solving
- organization and time management
- must be compassionate, dependable, patient, creative, energetic, and able to motivate others
- minimum of one year’s experience providing services to individuals with disabilities in a similar environment is required
- applicants that cannot verify prior experience will not be considered
- preference will be given to applicants with a stable work history.
