A site supervisor ensures our adult friends and neighbors with developmental disabilities have the support they need to carry out meaningful community lives.
Primary responsibilities:
- Provide management support for a team of direct support professionals
- Create and/or coordinate both individual and program-wide opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with a wide range of publics
- Effectively communicate and interact with individuals with widely varying communication skills, intellectual and physical challenges, and ethnic and cultural backgrounds
- Assure overall compliance with regulations, policies & procedures, and standards of performance
- Address maintenance, safety and resource issues as needed
- Serve in the emergency on-call rotation
- Perform DSP assignments when necessary

Qualifications:To be considered, the following education/experience is required:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Six months of work experience providing services to individuals with disabilities in a day environment
- Six months of work experience in a supervisory and/or management role
