Job Description
Plant Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining our physical equipment, troubleshooting problems, maintenance, upgrades and installing replacements. The Plant Machine Maintenance Technician has a critical role in our success.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s day-to-day maintenance activities.
- Address equipment failures and actively work to resolve, with or without the vendor.
- Identify methods to reduce expenses and improve efficiencies.
- Propose improvements to our physical equipment to improve performance and reduce costs.
- Coordinate MRO supplies with purchasing
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience with Electrical troubleshooting aspects of operating a manufacturing facility
- Experience with Mechanical diagnostic aspects of operating a manufacturing facility
- 5 years of related experience
- Machinist Skills required for fabricating parts for machines. General knowledge in operating machining equipment (lathes, welding, mills)
- Basic PLC knowledge

- Strong interpersonal skills including ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations.

Salary : $34 - $38
