We are seeking a Civil Designer/Technician to join a long-established engineering and surveying firm serving Delaware and the surrounding Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey markets since 1937.
Our team works on a diverse range of industrial, institutional, commercial, and residential land development projects, and we are looking for someone eager to grow, learn, and help shape the future of our firm.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔ Associate’s Degree in a related field (equivalent experience accepted)
✔ 2–5 years of civil design experience
✔ Experience with grading, stormwater management, sediment & erosion control, and sanitary sewer design
✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
✔ Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel & Teams
✔ Strong math, problem-solving, and communication skills
✔ Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
✔ Self-motivated and comfortable asking questions
