What you will be doing:

Meeting with clients to discuss their case

Providing clients with updates

Communicating with insurance companies regarding status of claims, demands and offers

Attending hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations
Experience you will need:

Full-time availability
-
2 years of litigation experience
-
First Party Property Damage experience (preferred)
-
Membership of the Florida Bar and in good standing

Experience in evaluating claims
-
Superb negotiation skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proactive approach to problem-solving
