Responsibilities
- Provides high quality, professional medical care in accordance with the organization’s mission statement and industry standards.
- Assesses patient health by interviewing patients and performing physical examinations (including obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories).
- Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in the state of Oklahoma, required.
- A minimum of twelve (12) months’ experience preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
