Job Description

Managing high-level/high-asset cases by maintaining contact with people involved in the case

Preparing for depositions
-
Reviewing standard court documents
-
Assessing cases and strategic planning while communicating with clients and documenting all time dedicated to the case

Performing legal research
-
Drafting legal documents
-
Preparing court filings
-
Educating on recent court cases, laws, local rules, and regulations

Representing clients in family law court
-
Reviewing expenses and income of client and opposing client for use in settlement and/or trial

Working in a team with an assigned paralegal
