Associate Commercial Real Estate Attorney- Full Time

What you will be doing:

Negotiate and draft commercial leases, purchase agreements, and other real estate documents.

Assist clients in acquisitions, development, financing, and disposition of multifamily, retail, office, and industrial properties.

Conduct legal research and provide expert advice on real estate transactions.

Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
Experience you will need:
-
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Active NJ state bar membership.
-
2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate, including leasing and transactional work.

Strong understanding of landlord/tenant law and real estate litigation.

Excellent multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines.
