The Role
We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and experienced Real Estate Paralegal who can take ownership of transactions, anticipate challenges, and keep deals moving toward the closing table.

What You’ll Do
- Independently manage an active caseload of 40 real estate transactions from attorney review through closing, with attorney support.
- Conduct due diligence, including OPRA requests, title review, municipal searches, and identifying potential issues.
- Manage inspection contingencies, review reports, draft correspondence, and assist with negotiating resolutions.
- Coordinate with clients, attorneys, realtors, lenders, title companies, and other parties to ensure smooth closings.
- Prepare conveyance documents and other transaction-related correspondence.
- Proactively monitor deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and troubleshoot issues before they become problems.
- Most importantly, make our clients feel like we’ve got this—because we do!
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of NJ real estate paralegal experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; Portuguese is a plus.
- Paralegal certification is a plus, but not required.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented—someone who takes initiative without waiting to be asked.
- Able to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Comfortable navigating high-pressure situations with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Tech-savvy; experience with legal case management software is a plus.
- Growth mindset, leadership mentality, and a can-do attitude. The sky’s the limit!
