Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee Emergency Services operations, staffing, quality, and patient flow.
- Develop and mentor nursing leaders and staff.
- Monitor quality, patient satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Drive change management and operational improvements.
- Build strong collaborative relationships with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
- Oversee clinical, administrative, and financial activities.
Qualifications
- BSN required; applicants without a BSN must be enrolled in an accredited BSN program with a scheduled completion date.
- Current RN license or state-approved equivalent.
- 3 years of progressive healthcare leadership preferred.
- MSN and/or related Master’s degree preferred.
- Clinical specialty or nursing administration certification preferred.
- Relocation assistance available.
