Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between Nurse Management and nursing staff members regarding schedules
- Assist the Director of Nursing with creating and organizing and maintaining schedules for all nursing staff
- Communicate scheduling changes to nursing staff
- Review time off requests and adjust/coordinating schedules as needed
- Maintain detailed staffing records & documentation
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Previous experience scheduling Nurse Staff required, preferably in a skilled nursing facility
- Strong ability to multitask in high-stressed environment
- Must possess excellent organization skills and accuracy with details
- Effective communication skills and computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to react quickly in emergency staffing situations
