Position Overview
We are seeking outgoing, motivated individuals to join our team in an entry-level HR and recruiting position. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in human resources, seasonal staffing, and operations. No previous office experience is required—training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and hire seasonal staff (primarily lifeguards)
- Communicate with candidates via phone, email, and text
- Track and manage the hiring process and candidate pipeline
- Assist with hiring events, job fairs, and onboarding
- Help with scheduling and seasonal staff coordination
- Support training and compliance with labor laws
Qualifications
- Comfortable using Google Suite and Zoom
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects
- Calm under pressure and able to meet deadlines
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
