Future Tech Enterprise, Inc. is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and professional Executive Assistant to the CEO to work directly with the company’s Chief Executive Officer at our Fort Lauderdale headquarters.
This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced executive environment, takes ownership, anticipates needs, and understands that supporting a CEO requires flexibility, discretion, urgency, and a strong work ethic. This is not a traditional 9-to-5 position. The right person will be committed to the success of the CEO, the leadership team, and the company as a whole.
Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide a blend of executive business support and personal assistance. This individual must be extremely organized, proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing competing priorities with professionalism and confidentiality.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow within the organization while remaining dedicated to the core responsibilities of executive support. The ideal candidate is driven, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable operating in a role where priorities can shift quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, meetings, calls, and daily priorities
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO
- Prepare, organize, and follow up on meetings, documents, reports, and action items
- Handle confidential business and personal matters with absolute discretion
- Assist with travel planning, reservations, logistics, and itineraries
- Support executive-level projects, company initiatives, and administrative priorities
- Manage personal assistance tasks as needed, balancing business and personal responsibilities professionally
- Track deadlines, commitments, and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Serve as a reliable gatekeeper and point of coordination for the CEO
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness, professionalism, and accountability
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Prior experience supporting a CEO, owner, founder, or senior executive strongly preferred
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work independently and take initiative without constant direction
- Comfortable with a demanding, fast-moving executive environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, calendar management, and general business technology
- Must be able to work full-time on-site at our Fort Lauderdale headquarters
- Flexibility outside standard business hours when business needs require it

Salary : $85,000 - $130,000
