JOB TITLE: Project Manager
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Lead and manage ERP NetSuite implementation and ongoing project initiatives across the manufacturing plant. Serve as the primary liaison between operations, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Drive continuous improvement through Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and leverage technical expertise in JavaScript and Suite Script to support system customization and integration efforts.

CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES:
Essential
- Lead end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation projects, including planning, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports for all active initiatives
- Write and maintain Suite Script (1.0/2.0) customizations to extend NetSuite functionality in support of manufacturing workflows
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, IT, Supply Chain) to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project deliverables
- Apply Lean/Six Sigma principles to identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement across plant operations
- Manage vendor and consultant relationships, including NetSuite implementation partners and third-party integration providers
- Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines; escalate risks and issues to leadership as appropriate
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, and end-user training for ERP deployments
- Willing to work overtime when needed

REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:
Essential
- 3 years of project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Project Management Certificate (PMP or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP implementation (comparable to a NetSuite Integrator role): configuration, workflows, saved searches, and module setup
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Suite Script (1.0 and/or 2.0) for ERP customization and automation
- Working knowledge of Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies; ability to apply these in a manufacturing plant environment
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint) and project management tools
Beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- NetSuite Administrator or Suite Foundation certification
- Experience with ERP integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, or data migration in a manufacturing context
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Agile or hybrid project management frameworks

Working Environment: Office and plant floor environment. Moderate noise level when on the production floor. Exposure to dust, heat and cold when conducting plant walkthroughs.
This position will require drug testing per company policy.
Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Salary : $125,000 - $145,000
