Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely
- Coordinate and supervise assembly line activities, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards
- Manage inventory levels within the warehouse, utilizing forklift and hand tools to facilitate material movement and storage
- Implement safety protocols and conduct regular inspections to maintain a safe working environment for all team members
- Train and mentor staff on the proper use of power tools, hand tools, forklifts, and other equipment
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery and equipment are functioning optimally, minimizing downtime
- Monitor production metrics, analyze workflow processes, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Responsible for the full range of supervisory activities including selection, training, evaluation, counseling, and termination.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong reading, writing, and math skills required.
Ability to use Google Docs & MS Office tools (email, spreadsheets)
Ability to use and manage records in a database
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Minimum Qualifications (including Education):
High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
Bachelor Degree preferred in any of the following areas: Business administration, supply chain management or manufacturing technology.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment. Beverage Manufacturing a plus . Applicable related experience may be substituted.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds required.
Experience
- Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility (preferably beverage manufacturing ) or factory environment with hands-on assembly line supervision
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment and machinery operation
- Prior warehouse experience involving forklift operation and inventory management
- Familiarity with assembly processes, hand tools, power tools, and safety procedures in a manufacturing setting
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate multiple tasks effectively
- Knowledge of manufacturing best practices and quality control standard

Work Environment and other Conditions:
PPE requirements: Steel-toed shoes and safety glasses required when in production floor as a minimum. Other PPE may be required depending on area and specific function needs.
The worker is subject to inside environmental conditions: Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
