Barback - The Lark
The Lark Bar is a neighborhood bar with regulars, local sports, and a fine selection of spirits. Our customers are generally people stopping in after work and those visiting from nearby hotels. If you are a character and want to be part of a small and close-knit team, a role at The Lark Bar may be for you. We are looking for persons to join our team as a Bartender. Most shifts will be between 3 pm and 3 am.

Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders with daily service
- Maintain overall bar cleanliness
- Prepare batches and other cocktail ingredients
- Wash and organize glassware
- Retrieve and keep adequate levels of bar stock
- Clean as part of opening and closing duties
- Previous experience as barback is preffered
- Must have weekend availability
- Strong attention to details
- Able to follow directions
- Basic math skills or an ability to use a calculator and understand proportions
- Good interpersonal skills
- Has or is willing to obtain a CA Food Handler’s Certification and RBS training required
- 21 years of age or older
- Ability to lift 160 lbs. without assistance
- Hourly rate SF minimum tips
