As an Escrow Officer III, you’ll take the lead on high-value, complex real estate transactions while mentoring junior staff and ensuring a seamless, compliant process from start to finish. This is a senior-level role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is ready to lead by example.
🔑 What You’ll Do
- Manage complex residential, commercial, and national escrow transactions
- Prepare and present closing documents and escrow instructions
- Coordinate closings, recordings, disbursements, and title issuance
- Ensure compliance with contracts, regulations, and company policies
- Resolve issues proactively and maintain a solution-oriented approach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Mentor and support junior escrow officers and assistants
- Oversee task assignments and provide performance feedback
- Represent the company in professional and community settings
- Perform notary duties in accordance with NNA guidelines
🧠 What You Bring
- 4 years of progressive experience in escrow, title, or real estate
- At least 3 years as an Escrow Assistant and/or Escrow Officer
- Deep knowledge of escrow and title processes
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and escrow software
- Valid Notary Commission and state driver’s license
