🔑 What You’ll Do
- Actively market escrow services to new and existing clients
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to support outreach and promotional efforts
- Participate in networking events, community activities, and industry functions to promote the company and expand your client base
- Manage residential, commercial, and/or national escrow transactions
- Prepare and present closing documents and escrow instructions
- Coordinate closings, recordings, disbursements, and title issuance
- Ensure compliance with contracts, regulations, and company policies
- Resolve issues proactively and maintain a solution-oriented approach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Perform notary duties in accordance with NNA guidelines
- (For experienced candidates) Mentor and support junior escrow staff as needed

- Experience in escrow, title, or real estate (level of experience may vary)
- Strong understanding of escrow and title processes
