Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced Escrow Officer located in Midvale, ID. The Escrow Officer should bring an existing book of business, will manage the successful completion of real estate transactions, coordinate with all parties involved, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Key day-to-day tasks include reviewing contracts, preparing escrow instructions, managing funds, resolving issues that may arise during the closing process, and maintaining accurate transaction records.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of escrow procedures, real estate transactions, and compliance regulations
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in managing documentation and financial accounts
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively coordinate with clients, agents, lenders, and all transaction parties
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to address and resolve transaction-related challenges
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in escrow and transaction processes
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage deadlines within a fast-paced environment
- Experience in escrow or real estate is preferred, along with relevant certifications or licenses
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, finance, or related fields is a plus
