Futura Marketing is hiring a remote Customer Support Assistant in Anchorage. This is a part-time position with weekday day shifts. No prior experience required — full training provided. Pay: $24-$30/hour.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer emails and inquiries
• Update order and shipping records
• Help resolve delivery-related issues
• Follow service workflows and scripts
• Log support activity accurately

• Strong written communication
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Detail-oriented and dependable
