Construction Project Manager
Location: Various Locations (CONUS & ONCONUS)
Salary: Full-Time Salaried (Project Based)
Position Summary:
Futron Incorporated is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee government construction projects. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, working closely with the Superintendent and Quality Control Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project activities to meet budget and schedule goals
• Negotiate and manage subcontracts and purchase orders
• Develop and maintain construction schedules
• Ensure project documentation is prepared and filed per requirements
• Oversee project budget and participate in negotiations as needed
• Prepare and submit project closeout documentation
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing government construction projects
• Skilled in scheduling, budgeting, and contract negotiations
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
