This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in Seattle, WA. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing units, completing preventive maintenance, and addressing industrial maintenance needs. Daily responsibilities include responding to maintenance requests, ensuring the safety and functionality of property, and maintaining a high standard of care across multi-family properties.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in basic property maintenance
  • Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
  • Prior experience in property management or multi-family housing maintenance is a plus
