We are seeking a skilled Jira Cloud Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize Jira Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will support Agile teams by customizing workflows, improving processes, and ensuring efficient project tracking and reporting.
- Administer and maintain Jira Cloud environment
- Configure projects, workflows, issue types, screens, and permissions
- Customize Jira dashboards, reports, and filters
- Manage user access, roles, and group permissions
- Support Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban boards, sprint configurations)
- Integrate Jira with tools like Confluence, Bitbucket, or other systems
- Automate processes using Jira Automation rules
- Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support
- Maintain documentation and best practices for Jira usage
- Hands-on experience as a Jira Cloud Administrator
- Strong knowledge of Jira configuration and customization
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Understanding of workflow design and process optimization
- Experience with user management and permissions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Bitbucket)
- Knowledge of Jira APIs and integrations
