Hiring: Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal (English/Spanish)
Location: Beverly Hills, CA (On-Site)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
We are partnering with a growing and well-established personal injury law firm seeking a Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal (English/Spanish) to join its pre-litigation team. What You'll Do
- Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through demand preparation.
- Open and manage insurance claims while communicating with insurance adjusters.
- Request, track, and organize medical records, medical bills, and other case-related documentation.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance carriers, and third parties to obtain necessary records.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on treatment progress and case status.
- Assist with preparing demand packages and other legal documentation.
- Screen and direct incoming calls while providing excellent client service.
- Maintain organized and accurate case files and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the legal team as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience handling pre-litigation personal injury cases is required.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Typing speed of 45 WPM or higher.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Collaborative, professional, and eager to grow within a supportive legal team.
