We are seeking an experienced Development Manager / Owner's Representative to join a growing real estate development firm with 10 active multifamily projects throughout the Los Angeles market, including the Westside, Hollywood, and Studio City.
In this role, you will act as the owner's representative and construction manager, overseeing all aspects of project execution while coordinating architects, engineers, general contractors, utility companies, and consultants to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple ground-up multifamily development projects simultaneously
• Serve as the primary liaison between ownership and project teams
• Review daily logs, schedules, inspections, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and utility providers
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and project performance
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively to maintain progress
Qualifications:
✔ 5 years of ground-up multifamily development experience
✔ Experience representing ownership, developers, or development firms
✔ Strong knowledge of construction management, budgeting, scheduling, and project controls
✔ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects effectively
✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
