Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA therapy programs and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This hybrid role offers a balance of in-person services and remote work, supporting children with autism across multiple North Carolina locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality care
- Analyze client data regularly and modify treatment plans based on progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support client goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with insurance, state, and regulatory requirements
- Provide parent training and guidance to reinforce therapeutic strategies at home
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active North Carolina licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel between service locations as needed
