JOB DESCRIPTION
The Scrum Master will support the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) team in agile delivery of employee-facing AI, productivity, and workplace technology solutions.
The role will:
-Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives;
-Identify and remove impediments
-Manage and coordinate cross-team dependencies
-Help the team maintain focus on prioritized outcomes
-Support continuous improvement
The Scrum Master will partner closely with product, technical, and business stakeholders to ensure work is well-defined, transparent, and progressing toward measurable employee and business value.
