Duration/Type: Contract-to-Hire (6-month contract with conversion to FTE)

Location: Edina, MN (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

Rate: $65/hr. on 1099

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the evolution of a Salesforce ecosystem supporting Debt & Equity and Investment Sales workflows. This role will focus heavily on data cleanup, data quality enhancement, and eliminating duplicate and inconsistent records across public and confidential internal datasets. The ideal candidate will design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that streamline investment pipelines, lender/investor engagement, and transaction lifecycle management across a commercial real estate platform

.Key Responsibilities

Custom Development

• Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
• .Follow UX/UI, performance, and development best practices

.Business Workflow Enhancement

• Build and optimize features for deal tracking, investment packages, pipeline dashboards, investor profiles, and commission workflows
• .Improve efficiency across investment sales and debt/equity processes

Systems Integration

• Integrate Salesforce with HubSpot, revenue cycle management (RCM) platforms, financial modeling tools, and third-party applications
• .Utilize REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions for seamless connectivity

Solution Architecture

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Provide guidance on system architecture and long-term platform strategy

Automation & Process Optimization

• Automate outreach campaigns, term sheet management, and investor workflows using Flows, Apex Triggers, and Process Automation tools

Testing & Deployment

• Develop comprehensive unit tests with 80% code coverage
• Conduct code reviews and manage deployments using Git, VS Code, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines

.Data Management & Reporting

• Lead data migration, cleanup, deduplication, and data integrity initiatives
• Utilize Data Loader, Workbench, and ETL tools
• Support custom reports, dashboards, and analytics initiatives

.Documentation

• Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, deployment procedures, and release notes

.Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience
• 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (required)

Preferred Qualification

• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
• Additional Salesforce certifications
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Financial Services, Investment Sales, or Capital Markets environments
• Strong background in data quality, deduplication, and large-scale Salesforce data management initiatives
