Tittle: Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant

Duration: 18 months

Location: Onsite in Miami, FL

The Snowflake Functional Consultant role is more of a senior solutions architect. The functional consultants will be expected to:

• Create and advise on data architecture and ERP plans for replicating current Netsuite/Snowflake medallion architecture functionality in Oracle Fusion
• Advise on data policies for using Oracle Fusion and Netsuite legacy data in dashboards
• Understand how best to map various data tables and functionalities into equivalent architecture on Oracle Fusion
• Advise on strategy around dashboards, BI, specifically with BICC /BDI in Oracle
• Begin scoping out FDI system requirements
• General consultation on data architecture, data modeling, BI strategy
• Financials and procure-to-pay experience and use cases are the most immediately relevant

Expertise in Snowflake & data warehousing

Experience integrating Salesforce & Oracle Fusion data

Expertise in Data Mapping with functional knowledge of Salesforce and Oracle Fusion tables.

Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Sigma)

Understanding of financial reporting, revenue recognition, and compliance requirements

Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines to extract data from Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, into Snowflake. Ensure data consistency between Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, and Snowflake. Implement
