Position Overview
We are hiring a commission-only B2B Sales Representative focused on developing wholesale relationships with:
- Artificial turf installers
- Landscape contractors
- Pool builders
- Landscape supply companies
- Hardscape contractors
- Outdoor living companies
- General contractors
- Retail dealers/distributors
This is an ideal role for someone who:
- Already has relationships in the landscaping, construction, or outdoor living industry
- Wants unlimited income potential
- Is self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- Can prospect, close, and manage accounts independently
You will be responsible for growing wholesale material sales by developing contractor relationships and helping customers grow their businesses using FusionTurf products and support systems.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and develop new wholesale contractor accounts
- Build relationships with installers, dealers, and contractors
- Follow up with inbound leads
- Conduct phone calls, jobsite visits, and in-person meetings
- Educate customers on product offerings and pricing
- Generate and manage quotes
- Coordinate with internal operations and logistics teams
- Attend industry events, trainings, and trade shows as needed
- Maintain regular communication with customers to drive repeat orders
- Help contractors grow their turf businesses through product knowledge and support
What We’re Looking ForPreferred Experience
- B2B sales experience
- Construction, landscape, hardscape, or turf industry experience preferred
- Existing contractor relationships are a major plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter mentality
- Comfortable working independently in a remote/field sales role
